01The real reason
They are not avoiding you. They are avoiding the pain.
Dental anxiety is one of the most common reasons patients postpone or abandon treatment altogether.
You diagnose the canal in March. You explain it carefully. The patient agrees, takes the estimate, and then does not book. When they finally return it is an emergency, and the tooth that could have been saved is not.
It is easy to file that under cost. A large share of it is fear, and fear is a clinical problem with a clinical answer.
Conscious sedation lets you work on a patient who is calm and cooperative. The appointment is more comfortable, the chair time is more productive, and the patient leaves willing to come back. Treatment acceptance is not a marketing problem when the treatment itself stops being frightening.
02What you will learn
A full day, built around what you do on Monday.
The programme is structured as clinical practice rather than lecture. Every section ends with how it applies in an ordinary operatory.
- 01Patient selection and case assessment
- 02Indications and contraindications
- 03Clinical workflow, start to finish
- 04Safety protocols
- 05Equipment handling and administration technique
- 06Monitoring the patient during treatment
- 07Post-operative considerations
- 08Managing anxious patients, and building the trust that gets treatment accepted
03The difference
A live patient demonstration, watched from the room.
Most sedation courses hand you a simulation model. This one does not.
You will observe a real clinical workflow on an actual patient: case setup, equipment preparation, administration, monitoring through the procedure, and post-operative handling. You can ask questions while it happens, which is the part a recording or a mannequin can never give you.
There is a large difference between having seen a technique explained and having watched it performed, in a room, by someone who does it routinely. That difference is the reason this workshop exists.
Seats are confirmed in the order payments arrive.

05Who it is for
Sedation is not only for children or the severely anxious.
That is the most common misconception among dentists. Conscious sedation is useful across almost every area of dentistry, from a long prosthetic appointment to a surgical extraction to a routine restoration on someone who dreads the chair.
No previous experience in conscious sedation is required.

There are hands-on sessions alongside a live patient demonstration conducted by the speaker. The programme is built around practical implementation rather than theory.
Do I need prior experience with sedation?
No. The programme suits beginners as well as experienced practitioners who want to add conscious sedation to their practice.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Every participant who completes the workshop receives a certificate of completion.
Is lunch included?
Yes. Buffet lunch and high tea are included in the fee, along with course materials.
How do I pay?
Submit the registration form below and the coordinator will contact you with the payment link and seat confirmation. Your seat is confirmed once payment is received.
What does the ₹10,000 actually cover?
The full day of teaching, the live patient demonstration, the hands-on sessions, your course materials, the certificate of completion, and buffet lunch with high tea. There is nothing further to pay on the day.
How many seats are there?
The room sets the limit, and catering is confirmed ahead of the day, so numbers are capped. Seats are allotted in the order payments arrive rather than in the order forms are submitted. Registration closes on 20 August 2026, or earlier if the room fills first.
